I started my art journey when I was just 5 years old in Armstrong, BC, drawing for fun, for family members, and then a few years later, winning a competition to design a local diner’s new logo.

I soon went off to college in Kelowna at UBCO, earning my degree in Fine Arts. I was your typical art student, smoking, playing guitar, and drawing every chance I could get. You get the idea.

Shortly after I graduated, Tattoo Artist and business owner Derek Dufresne of Fleshworks sought me out and together we began my apprenticeship. The business took us from the Okanagan to Victoria, BC, where my career has had the opportunity to flourish and take root.

It wasn't long before I met J Man, who recruited me into Old School, now, Blank Generation. There, I took on an apprentice, built my clientele, and developed my speciality in illustrative tattoos. I am always seeking out how to marry different elements of artists who inspire me and make it my own.

In 2014, I joined the Painted Lotus Studios family and have been there ever since. Together, we have coordinated events like STAR WARDS, which raised over $30,000 for BC Children’s Hospital, Flash days to support Island Sexual Health and Still Not Asking For It, and so much more.

I have recently started expanding my skillset and exploring resin design, 3D printing, and more expansive illustration for clients and small businesses. You can see some of my work at Jack Knife Pizza & Brewery in Kelowna, BC. I am looking forward to taking on more projects like this, so if you have something in mind, let’s talk about it!
